Prior to forming AGW Law, Elsa worked over ten years as a Colorado State Public Defender, first as a trial attorney and then as a supervising attorney. She has tried over 65 cases to verdict, and also handled post-conviction issues and appeals, including arguing to the Supreme Court of Colorado.
